Briga AS
Briga AS is the coordinator of the GLOW project. Located in Oslo, but with a national reach across Norway, Briga provides courses in basic skills for workers in Norway.
The main target group has been low-skilled workers, but since 2024 Briga has also worked with workers who have higher-education.

We aim to bridge the gap between workers competencies and their career goals, and have been pivotal in aiding Ukranian refugees find work within the hotel, restaurant and catering sector.

2017 - present
SkillsPlus
A public grant provided by the department of higher education and skills. Used by businesses, together with Briga, to train workers in Work related basic skills.
2022 - present
Norwegian for migrant learners
A grant by the directorate for integration and diversity, focussing on Norwegian training at B1 level, both in bokmål and nynorsk. Briga has also worked with workers in the healthcare sector.
2025 - 2029
HoReCa for Ukranian refugess
A course aimed at getting Ukrainian refugees into the workforce, with a focus on the hospitality sector.
